Rates and Booking Information

Local tax:
Per adult per day: EUR 4,80.
Children under 15 are exempt from local tax.

In order to guarantee your reservation, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of 15% (no charges) to the following account

Arrival and departure:

The rooms/apartments are ready to move into from 4.00 pm on the day of your arrival.

We kindly request that you vacate your room/apartment by 10.00 am on the day of your departure.

For all other points the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.

Final cleaning costs:

One-time charge for final cleaning depending on the apartment.

Self-catering:

• Electricity, heating, bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels, as well as the use of our hotel services (wireless internet access, miniature golf, parking in front of the hotel, etc.) all included in the rates.
• Daily cleaning upon request (except kitchen) for an extra EUR 10 per apartment per day.
• As guests in our apartments you can choose to include our breakfast or half-board accommodation as well.

Rates for bed and breakfast include the following:

• Electricity, heating, bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels, as well as the use of our hotel services (WLAN, miniature golf, parking, etc.).

Rates for half-board accommodation include the following:

• Electricity, heating, bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels, as well as the use of our hotel services (WLAN, miniature golf, parking, etc.).
• Lavish breakfast buffet with natural produce from the Stubai Valley.
• 3-course menu with a choice of dishes with tasty traditional home cooking and seasonal specialities. Our kitchen makes every effort to use produce from local farmers in the Stubai Valley and ensures that it is of the highest quality (master chef Ernst Krösbacher).
