- The rates are all quoted in EURO and charged per apartment, per day incl. VAT. The following are charged separately: local tax is charged for each person as from the age of 16 years, and the final cleaning cost is also charged separately.
- Minimum stay depends on the season and a surcharge may apply.
- Enjoy our lavish breakfast buffet in our charming "Prinz Albert Stüberl", which is charged separately at EURO 12 per person and day (reductions for children: up to the age of 6 years 50% reduction, up to the age of 12 years 10% reduction)
- Evening dinner is also available at our charming restaurant "Huisler Stube": enjoy a 3-course meal at an extra charge of EURO 35 per person and day (reductions for children: up to the age of 6 years 50% reduction, up to the age of 12 years 10% reduction)

The rooms/apartments are ready to move into from 4.00 pm on the day of your arrival.
We kindly request that you vacate your room/apartment by 10.00 am on the day of your departure.

Final cleaning costs:
One-time charge for final cleaning depending on the apartment.
Self-catering:
- Electricity, heating, bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels, as well as the use of our hotel services (wireless internet access, miniature golf, parking in front of the hotel, etc.) all included in the rates.
- Daily cleaning upon request (except kitchen) for an extra EUR 10 per apartment per day.
- As guests in our apartments you can choose to include our breakfast or half-board accommodation as well.
